In collaboration with Shark Communication, we created a website to represent Audiente's Rights Issue.
A dedicated website for the issuance simplified the process for investors to subscribe to new shares. All information related to the issuance was available in one place, such as an explanation of the business, prospectuses, and subscription forms.
The collaboration also involved measuring and compiling all data related to visitors on the site. Among other things, we could measure how well different advertisements performed and how the various visitors navigated through the site.
We measured every click to gain insight into what potential buyers are searching for before deciding to purchase the stock.
